Source 1 Solutions opens new Global Technical Services Center to support expanding business
Source 1 Solutions creates custom-fit IT services and support programs in 118 countries around the world. Anchored by an elite US-based Global Technical Services team (24/7/365), we leverage our proprietary monitor, maintain and manage (M3) approach for critical infrastructure for companies as wide ranging as Fortune 500 brands and local business leaders here in Tampa Bay.
We recently expanded into a brand new building to accommodate growth. Our expanded state-of-the art global technical services center (GTSC) is adjacent to our corporate headquarters. This brand new space is now home to our elite Tier 1-3 engineers, alongside our valuable interns.
Having our GTSC within the US and located in tandem with Source 1 Solutions global headquarters allows us greater flexibility and the opportunity to add additional resources as needed while creating real synergies between support and leadership.
Stand out features include multiple display systems and alerting systems that enable the Source 1 Solutions technical team to take our M3 approach to the next level. It’s an impressive site. When you walk into our GTSC you can quickly get a pulse on the tens of thousands of devices managed globally, as well as our customers’ ticketing systems and our internal ticketing system.
